THE BEGINNING
A group of local players with a shared dream started training on outdoor courts in Dibra, planting the seed for what would become BC Dibra Eagles.
JOINING THE LEAGUE
The club officially entered the Amateur League, transitioning from casual training to structured competition with a clear goal.
GROWING THE ROSTER
New players joined, the team grew stronger, and the Eagles identity started to take shape both on and off the court.
THE ACADEMY ERA
The launch of the U-16 Boys & Girls academy marked a new chapter — investing in the future while competing in the present.

Our Story
Founded in 2021, BC Dibra Eagles was born out of a deep love for basketball and an unbreakable community spirit in Dibra. What started as a group of local players training on outdoor courts has quickly grown into a competitive force in the Amateur League, representing our city with honor.
Our Mission
To compete at the highest regional level while developing local talent through our U-16 academy. We believe in hard work, structural discipline, and leaving everything on the court. We don't just play basketball; we build character.
Passion
We play with heart. Every drill, every game, every practice is fueled by our love for the sport.

BUILDING CHAMPIONS FROM THE GROUND UP
The Dibra Eagles Academy was created with one purpose — to give young athletes in Dibra a real pathway in basketball. We don't just run drills. We build character, teach the game the right way, and create an environment where every kid feels like part of the Eagles family.
Open to boys and girls aged 16 and under, our academy is the first step toward wearing the Eagles jersey with pride.
Fundamentals First
We master the basics before anything else — ball handling, shooting form, footwork, and passing.
Basketball IQ
Understanding spacing, reads, and decision-making separates good players from great ones.
Play With Heart
We teach our players to compete hard, respect the game, and never give up regardless of the score.
WHY OUR ACADEMY
Structured Program
Every session is planned in advance — no random drills. Players follow a progressive curriculum that builds week by week.
Pathway to Senior
The academy is the direct feeder to the senior team. Best performers get called up to train with the big squad.

About the Team
The U-16 Boys team competes in the national youth league and carries the name of Dibra with pride. This squad is the direct feeder to the senior team — every player here knows they are being watched, developed, and prepared for the next level.
What We Demand
Attendance, effort, and respect. We expect every player to show up on time, give 100% in every drill, and support their teammates. Talent means nothing without discipline and work ethic.

About the Team
The U-16 Girls team is breaking new ground for Dibra Eagles. We are committed to growing women's basketball in our city and giving young female athletes the exact same level of coaching, structure, and opportunity as the boys.
What We Demand
The same standard. Same intensity, same expectations, same commitment. We don't treat the girls program as secondary — it's a core part of the Eagles Academy and we are proud to build it.

He believes in teaching the game properly from a young age, building confidence, and making sure every player improves with each session. His dedication to youth development is the backbone of the Eagles Academy.
"I don't care if a kid comes in and can barely dribble. If they show up, listen, and work hard — I will make them a player. The academy isn't about finding stars. It's about building them."
